own model(s) allowed, no limits
up to 5 photographers per private session allowed
Invitation to site preview between 1pm to 5pm on Thursday 27th August 2009
Invitation to submit one photo per photographer for competition

shoot dates: Wednesday 26 August 2009 to Friday 28 August 2009

RM1000/session (4 x day sessions available)
RM1000/session (2 x night sessions available)

OPTION 2 – OPEN SHOOT

1x 3hr session photoshoot with 2 models
2 models / session
10 photographers to 1 model
Invitation to site preview between 1pm to 5pm on Thursday 27th August 2009
Invitation to submit one photo per photographer for competition

shoot dates: Friday 28 August 2009 to Monday 31 August 2009

cost:
RM150/photographer, normal day session (5 sessions x 20 slots available)
RM150/photographer, normal night session (3 sessions x 20 slots available)
RM300/photographer, day session with John Ishii (1 session x 20 slots available)
RM300/photographer, night session with Jen Siow (1 session x 20 slots available)

Submission Deadline: 12noon, Saturday 5th September 2009
Format: JPEG Large
Submission Medium: Email
Naming Convention: TBC
Judging Format: Online Voting – 40% weighting, Panel of Judges comprising Jen Siow, John Ishii, Organiser – 60% weighting
Results Announcement – 12noon, Monday 14th September 2009

Prizes:
1x Grand Prize RM1000
5x Sub-Category Prizes RM200 each

Competition Categories:
1. Best Composition
2. Best Wide Angle Shot
3. Most Innovative Shot
4. Funniest Candid Shot
5. Anything Goes (for those hard to categorize shots)

Competition submission guidelines, terms & conditions, etc will be made available to shoot participants during the shoot sessions.

50% non-refundable deposit deadline: 14 July 2009

*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***

1. Due to the high cost of organising this shoot project, we must stress that the shoot will only happen with ALL sessions fully paid by 26th July 2009. This is in order for us to secure the car and the pool. Your understanding and co-operation is very appreciated.
2. In the event the shoot is cancelled, all monies paid including deposit will be refunded in full.
3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizer reserves the rights to replace the model(s) with another model(s) from the published list of models at http://daretotakethechallenge.com/updates/index.php/models
